A. Collection is for the whole weekend with pick up Friday and drop back Sunday or Monday.
If we deliver you hired items, the hire period is for the duration of your party with a minimum of 3 hours to a maximum of 9 hours.

A. Our equipment is thoroughly cleaned before and after each use and we ask they are returned in the same condition as when you received them, otherwise you may lose your security bond.

A. There is no minimum amount –  no order is too small, but please check out our whole range as we have a lot to offer .

A. Yes, we are covered for $5,000,000 for public and products liability insurance.

A. Our equipment is high quality, durable and safe, so it is very unusual something would break. In the unlikely event that it does, don’t try and fix it – please contact us ASAP. After discussion we will decide who is liable for the damage and in some instances, you will need to pay for repair/replacement. Do not allow children to play with damaged equipment.

A. Once you have decided to go ahead with your booking, you will be required to pay 100% of the hire to secure your booking. Please refer to our cancellations below or, our terms and conditions.

A. For bookings up to $200 a bond of $50 must be paid, for bookings $200-300 a $100 bond will need to be paid, $300-$400 = $200
This will need to be paid upon delivery or collection via transfer or in cash.

All bonds will be promptly refunded when all items are returned in the same condition and cleanliness that they were hired out (fair wear and tear excepted).

A. You can pay direct deposit, or we accept all credit cards via Square.

*Credit card transactions will incur a transaction fee of 2.2%. This cost is incurred by credit card processing facilities and unfortunately is unavoidable.

A. If for any reason you need to cancel your order, we will issue you with a full refund provided you cancel via email prior to within 14 days of your booking date. If you need to cancel the booking within 14 days of the booking date, then all monies paid will be will forfeited.

During periods of severe weather conditions (electrical storms, high winds, flooding etc) Fun HQ have the right to cancel a booking. In the event of this occurring all monies will be refunded.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made due to undesirable weather or unforeseen circumstances. However FUN HQ will provide you with a credit to be used within six (6) months of your cancelled party. Bookings are not transferrable under any circumstances.

A. Yes, contact us with your needs and we will discuss your options.

A. Everyone’s needs are different and availability changes. If you’re unsure of what you want/need or have different age groups or a set budget you would like to stick to, please contact us and we will gladly put a customised package together for you at a discounted rate.

A. Generally yes, although as we are constantly sourcing new items and expanding, please make sure you follow us on Facebook and Instagram to stay up to date with our latest releases! If there is something specific you are looking for, please contact us and we’ll do our best to source it for you.

A. Yes! We can provide tables, chairs, table cloths, plates, cups and buntings.

A. Yes there are some rules for the different equipment to ensure your little ones stay safe and have fun and you get your bond refunded.

  • Equipment must be set up on flat, level, dry, clean ground that is free from obstructions
  • No cake, food or drink to be consumed in the ball pits or on gym matts (please remember if equipment is returned dirty the hirer will incur a cleaning charge
  • No glass, drinking glasses or bottles to be used on or near the equipment
  • No face painting, party poppers or silly string to be used on or near the equipment
  • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Children under the age of 2 need hands-on supervision at all times
  • Equipment to be used for intended purpose ONLY
  • For use within age range 0 -6 years old. Weight and size restrictions are detailed on our website
  • We love animals but not when they spoil the fun by chewing – please keep them away from and off the equipment
  • Soft play must not get wet. Or be used in full sun as the equipment becomes very HOT
  • No shoes on the soft play, socks or bare feet only. No buckles or shoes on the bouncy castles
  • Shoes MUST be worn on coasters and ride-ons
  • Use all safety equipment provided where applicable
  • Bouncy castles need to be on grass and not inflated on windy days. Make sure all pegs are used
  • All assembly must be done by a responsible adult in accordance with instructions

A. Our equipment is ideal for corporate events! Family fun days, conferences, Christmas parties, fetes/carnivals, childcare facilities and restaurants. We offer the perfect solution to kids’ entertainment with a large range of toys to suit different tastes and needs. We are also fully insured and if you need supervision can be charged at an hourly rate please contact us.

A. Yes, we do generally deliver on Saturdays and Sundays for a minimum order of $200. Other days and after hours can be arranged although this will incur a 20% surcharge on the entire order (including the delivery fee).
