Geography, I loved looking at how land was formed and knowing about different countries and cultures.

What was your first introduction to the world of hairdressing?
Work experience at 14 years old in a tiny little salon in the town I grew up in. It was 20p for a cup of tea.

What are you ANTI?
Racism and homophobia for obvious reasons
Bullying, because I believe in inclusivity above everything.

What are you famous for?
Colour mostly, blondes or Asian hair also problem solving, getting shit sorted.

What is the hair myth most commonly heard from behind the chair?
If you pull out grey hair more will grow.

What attracted you to working at Préma?
I went onto the website and the images were just beautiful and it was something I wanted to be a part of

’50s pin curls super short choppy fringes

What is your most notable career highlight so far?
Becoming Ash’s right-hand man/Assistant manager

What do you think is going to be the next big thing in hair?
Préma London and ANTI

What were your expectations when coming to Préma.
To work in a high end, but cool salon, I knew that I would grow with Préma, but also bring my knowledge and passion

Did Préma exceed your expectations?
Yes with the people, relationships and the day-to-day life of Préma. Life without Préma is like life without water – eventually you will shrivel up and die

What should people be doing with their hair that they aren’t?
For the unlucky people, get their hair done at Préma! Also always use professional hair care and never attempt colour at home

What is your favourite type of hair to do?
Blondes, blondes, blondes!!

What is your favourite type of hair to do?
I love to be a creative, breaking out of the day to day salon and creating looks on my editorial portfolio

What is the most notable career highlight so far?
I’ve been very lucky to work alongside some amazing artists backstage at fashion weeks and at photoshoots

Who is your style icon and why?
Lady Gaga, because she is fearless and ballsy

What is your favourite Préma stocked hair product and why?
ANTI styling spray, it keeps great hold without being sticky and it’s super lightweight

Art, because it was a subject that I was able to be creative with

What was your first introduction to the world of hairdressing?
Cutting my Barbie’s hair off and colouring their hair with connector pens

What is your most notable career highlight so far?
Placing bronze in the national Goldwell colour zoom competition and starting my role in colour education at Préma

Someone you would like to end up with on a deserted island?
Courtney Love, she would be so entertaining and I’m sure she has some great stories

I love honouring natural texture and teaching a client to love what the goddess gave them. She knows any hair his owner is a free spirit

What is the most common myth heard from behind the chair?
I hear it all! I think it’s most common people don’t wash their hair properly, you gotta rinse

Who is your style icon and why?
Grace Jones, Nina Hagen, Siouxsie Sioux they are all fearless fluid and loud. More is more!

Who do look up to the most and why?
My family. I’ve been blessed with the most supportive loving and genuine close-knit family very lucky

Perms, mullets and triggers

What was your favourite subject at school and why?
I studied hairdressing at school -I loved it. I used to stay in class on my lunch breaks and practice blow drying and Braiding

What was your introduction to the world of hairdressing?
I’d go with my mum to get her hair done when I was really young, I would pretend I was a hairdresser and help sweep up at the end

Judgement, bullying and discrimination. no one should be left to feel smaller than someone else

What attracted you to working at Préma?
The sophistication of the outside of the salon. I love the wooden design, plus their Instagram stood out

What is your most notable career highlight so far?
I was made assistant manager in a short time when working in another salon

Maths, I love working out problems and it challenged me. And ancient history

My mum and Ilana glazer. My mum is the most resourceful problem solver and Glaser is there for the laughs

What is your career highlight so far?
Representing Australia on the KMS Global Style council found shows in Stockholm, Berlin and Barcelona. Travelling globally for education and Fashion. Building and leading the Anti Ally Program in Australia.

What attracted you to Prema?
Their inclusivity and ambition to grow others as part of their brand.

How did you get in to hairdressing?
I was passionate from a young age about hair, followed my heart into an apprenticeship and grew from there.

What are you famous for?
Being approachable, humble, motivated and honest! I love bringing out hair’s natural texture
